Established in 2001, Building Construction Partnership Ltd (BCP) is a West Yorkshire-based care home construction specialist. Lee Brough, also a Chartered Builder, holds the role of Commercial Director at BCP. Lee has had senior management positions within the construction industry for the last 20 years and joined BCP as a specialist Healthcare and Nursing Home contractor in 2002. As a major part of the BCP team, Lee has been involved in the development and construction of over 40 new-build care home projects and is responsible for the financial control of the company and its developments.
