The LA Healthcare Team is headed by Peter Grose. Peter enjoys a national reputation, specialising in the law regulating health and social care for over 20 years. He acts for care home and supported living providers, in addition to independent hospital and specialist children’s care and education providers. He is particularly specialised in advising on the compliance of supported living services with regulatory requirements.

Peter negotiates firmly with the CQC on behalf of clients facing enforcement action, and also with local authorities in relation to contracting disputes.
