Professor Vic Rayner OBE, Chief Executive Officer at the National Care Forum (NCF), previews the upcoming CEOs & Senior Directors Conference, a highly anticipated annual gathering of not-for-profit care and support providers.

It is now only three weeks until NCF’s CEOs & Senior Directors Conference at Wyboston Lakes Resort, Bedfordshire, and registration closes soon.

A crucial time for the sector

We are looking forward to our NCF members together with providers from the wider not-for-profit sector to join us for this essential event for CEOs, Trustees and senior leaders of not-for-profit care and support providers. As well as learning opportunities, this event is a chance to network with likeminded providers and senior colleagues as we navigate this crucial time for adult social care and support.

Addressing sector priorities

This year is going to be pivotal for our sector as we continue to speak up for care and represent the not-for-profit care and support sector in our work with the new Government. We want to work together to shape policy and reforms that create better pay, terms and conditions for the care workforce, improve fairness and access for people that draw on care and support and to develop a National Care Service with not-for-profit care provision at its heart.

Unmissable content

The conference’s programme provides learning across a range of topics including finance, governance, HR, digital transformation, learning disability and practice and quality. The carefully curated agenda features a wide range of expert speakers delivering up to the minute content across plenaries, panels and interactive workshops. Organisations attending to speak at the conference include NHS England, the Care Quality Commission, Think Local Act Personal, Mencap and the Digital Care Hub.

Book now

We designed this event to help not-for-profit providers look ahead and plan for the next five-ten years while thinking about their care and support offer and their role in their communities, a role that is becoming increasingly important as demand for care and support increases.

We are welcoming further registrations for this event. Please visit our website to register and please contact Tracy Evans, Events and Partnership Co-ordinator by email with any questions.
