Understanding workforce data – How care providers can effectively interpret data to strengthen service delivery

In this episode Oonagh Smyth, Chief Executive of Skills for Care, takes us through the details of Skills for Care’s The State of the Adult Social Care Sector and Workforce in England report, which reveals demographic trends in the sector and five key variables on what providers need to consider if they are to aid workforce retention.
