Lead individual

Jamie began his care sector journey over 25 years ago, working in children’s homes. In 2004, he founded Orchard Rock, which delivers face-to-face training across the UK, covering everything from mandatory training to train-the-trainer courses. Alongside this, Jamie has provided sector consultancy, particularly in care homes. In 2017, he launched YourHippo, marking the start of his e-learning and learning management system (LMS) journey.

Jamie has prioritised customer needs in developing the LMS, building the system from scratch with an in-house development team based on industry feedback from his experience.
