This award recognises an individual, group or organisation finding new models of care or research that make a difference to the lives of people using services. The innovation could be a small, significant change or a complete change in practice.

If your entry is selected as one of the three finalists in your category, you will be invited to join the online judging day which takes place on Friday 5th February 2027, where you will meet a panel of judges to discuss your work in more detail.
